Founded in 2000, Bodybuilders Ministry Inc. was born from a call to pray for and minister to incarcerated men. Today, John and Alta Ludlam continue serving in Southern State Correctional Facility, sharing the gospel and witnessing God save, heal, deliver, and restore lives.

During a showing of The Chosen, a first-time visitor was overtaken by severe back pain. Alta stopped the video and prayed in Jesus' name. The pain left. The next day he was playing basketball, and he began attending the meetings regularly. The healing opened his heart to a relationship with Christ, and he became a joyful new creation.
